UK Coffee Week 2015 raises over £157,000 for Project Waterfall

Thousands of coffee shops across the country took part in UK Coffee Week 2015 from the 4-10 May to celebrate great coffee and raise money for Project Waterfall. Thanks to all the incredible coffee shops who took part in this year’s initiative, Project Waterfall has been able to deliver clean drinking water and sanitation to an entire community in the coffee growing Amhara region of Ethiopia in partnership with WaterAid.

The week was packed with exciting events which were all organised around one central cause, bringing clean drinking water to those less fortunate than us. Highlights of the week included live music, poetry nights, cuppings, workshops, coffee cocktails, latte art throw downs and much more.

If you missed out on this year’s fun then never fear, UK Coffee Week will be back from the 11 – 17 April 2016!
